Moderna sues Pfizer and BioNTech for using mRNA technology in their COVID-19 vaccine

Moderna is suing fellow vaccine builders Pfizer and its German companion BioNTech for infringing on patents related to mRNA generation used in their COVID-19 vaccine, the corporation announced Friday.
